Who doesn't love a good and easy dinner recipe?

It's slow cooker season and I have found a hearty delicious recipe from

With only 4 ingredients that you probably already have on hand, you can have this for dinner tonight.


  • 2 to 3 pounds boneless chicken breast halves

  • 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen broccoli, chopped

  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of broccoli soup

  • Kosher salt, to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup milk

Add chicken to the crockpot and cover with frozen broccoli. Spoon the canned cream of broccoli soup over the frozen broccoli and chicken. Add salt and pepper and cook on low 5-7 hours or high for at least 3 hours.

If cooking on low, about 45 minutes before the chicken is done, add the milk. If cooking on high, add the milk 30 minutes before cooking time is finished.

Serve the creamy broccoli chicken over rice or mashed potatoes and enjoy.
